Field Trip to the Bamboo Museum

This was our first "field trip" as teachers a couple of weeks ago. We all hopped on a bunch of the school buses to take every kid in the school to what we think was a "Bamboo Museum". we didn't really see a lot of bamboo though... All we had to do was sometimes look out for the kids, but basically we walked around, saw some nice things, and ate a lot of the food. The best part was seeing all the kids and their delicious treats. Their moms would overpack the food, and we all walked away like bandits! I got bags of chocolate and chips, and Sarah took handfuls of kimbap, cookies, chips, and such from a lot of the kids. It was the best food we ever had...had taken from little kids that is. In one of the pictures, you see me with my "3 yr old" class. The kids are 3 in korean years, meaning they are between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 years old in american age. So cute!

Well, that's it for this post! Anyong hi-kyeseyo!
