The answer is simple. Doctor Fish is a place where you can get your feet totally smooth, by having 100s of fish come and bite on them. We've gone with a group of friends out here before, and for only 6500 won, you can get your feet bitten by all these little fish from Romania, and have a free drink, whether it's tea, coffee, beer, or Troy's favorite, a Cookies and Cream milkshake.
Not everyone likes it, but we happen to enjoy it. It's very ticklish for about 20 minutes, but after that, it's one of the nicest feelings.
The trick to getting the fish to bite on your feet: Don't wash your feet...ever. They like eating all the bad skin off, that if your feet were nice and smooth before, they don't nibble as much.
