Our finest cooking class recipe yet.

Now, tell me if this sounds good!!!

4 oz. imitation crab meat
3 eggs, hardboiled
1/2 cup of thousand island dressing/sandwich spread

Not too bad right?

Well, I'm not done yet.

8 oz. can of fruit cocktail
1 cup strawberry yogurt
1 can sweet corn

Sound delicious??

Still not done.

4 oz. chopped purple cabbage (looks like cole slaw)

Even then, not done.

1 small pumpkin, boiled.

Dice pumpkin into small bits after removing skin.
Place all ingredients into bowl, mix together.

Scoop out 1 big spoonful onto a plate for a child.
Watch them try to eat it.

We called it Pumpkin Salad. This is not a picture of what Sarah or I actually made, but it is a typical image of what Pumpkin Salad looks like. Too bad for us, we didn't have lettuce.

We made this last week. About 40% of the kids loved it, which was very surprising, while the rest were forced to eat it. Poor kids.

This week, and most other weeks, the food is pretty tasty.
